2011 Blood Management Awareness Week:
How you are celebrating?

As part of the 2011 Blood Management Awareness Week (BMAW) celebration from November 7-11, BloodManagement.com and Strategic Healthcare Group want to capture the efforts of blood management programs from across the country.  To accomplish this, we would like you to share photos or video clips of what you and your facility, or team are doing to celebrate throughout this week.

What to photograph or capture

• Close-ups of awareness materials - pins, buttons and other give-aways
• Group photos - try to include multiple disciplines such as Nurses, Lab/Blood Bankers, Physicians, and Administrators
• Educational events - webinars, lectures, lunch and learns
• Testimonials - clips of participants describing why this initiative is important to them personally, their institution or patient safety in general
